Minor
The Philosophy Department welcomes and encourages students from other disciplines to minor in philosophy.

Students are advised to speak to an advisor or member of the department to craft an appropriate set of courses to best complement other areas of study.
- Students who want to minor in Philosophy must complete 15 semester hours in Philosophy courses.
- No more than two courses (6 hours) can be at the 100 level, and at least one course (3 hours) must be at the 400 level.
- PHIL 184, PHIL 484, and PHIL 485 cannot count toward the Minor in Philosophy.
